COLD STORAGE - PICKER

We are currently seeking experienced Warehouse Pickers to join a brand-new cold storage facility in Ravenhall, Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing operation within a modern warehouse environment. Day Shift and Afternoon Shift positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• RF scanning and order picking
• Operating electric tuggers safely and efficiently
• Pallet stacking and pallet configuration to ensure load stability
• Product labelling and quality checks
• Manual handling of products up to 20kg
• Working across ambient, chiller and freezer environments as required
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

About You:

• Previous warehouse order picking experience
• Strong RF scanning experience
• Experience operating electric tuggers
• Proven pallet stacking and configuration experience
• Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
• Ability to work in ambient, chiller and freezer temperature zones
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
